This Conference delivers a unique Disney Experience. You’ll discover how to improve your leadership and people management practices.  In small group Conference sessions you’ll hear about the strategies and practices that have contribute to Disney’s world renowned success.  And then you’ll experience them first hand.

Featuring IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth

Our Conference begins on Sunday evening with a Welcome Reception at the United Kingdom Pavilion at Epcot®.  This is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow Chamber of Commerce members from around the Country and begin exchanging ideas and best practices.  You’ll receive an orientation to Conference and then, from a private water-front VIP venue, view IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, a spectacular and mesmerizing fireworks, laser and water show featuring a rousing soundtrack.

Journey to places most guests never get to see for an incredible and entertaining experience you won’t soon forget. The Business Behind the Magic, a 3-hour tour, features the five core principles taught by Disney Institute and shows how they come to life each day at the Walt Disney World® Resort for Cast Members and Guests.

    • Textile Services: Visit a state-of-the-art laundry facility, one of the largest in the world.
    • Epcot® Cast Services: Experience the “Backstage” area from a Cast Member (Disney employee) perspective. See how the Walt Disney World® Resort creates a supportive environment for the Cast Members as they prepare to go on stage.
    • Main Street, U.S.A.®:  Take a stroll through this turn-of-the-century walkway to better understand how we strive to exceed the expectations of our Guests (customers).
    • The “Utilidor” System:  Journey beneath the Magic Kingdom® Park to visit support systems designed to improve the experiences of Cast Members and Guests alike.
