  • What is the attire for the Program?

  • Casual business attire is appropriate.
  • What are the Conference hours?

  • Each day’s session will begins at 8:00 AM and adjourns at 1:00 PM.
  • What meals are included?

  • Each day’s session includes a group buffet breakfast and a morning refreshment break.  The graduation luncheon on Wednesday is buffet style. Sunday evening’s welcoming reception features desserts. Meals beyond these are at the attendee’s discretion. 
  • What are my airport and local transportation options?

  • Within Walt Disney World® Resort transportation is provided by Disney and is complimentary.
  • You have several options for Orlando Airport – Walt Disney World® Resort transportation (approximately 30-45 minutes).
        • Car Rental
          There are numerous car rental firms represented at the airport.  If you plan to rent a car, we encourage you to shop around and reserve in advance.  Prices can vary significantly.
        • Disney operates Disney's Magical Express®
          Disney's Magical Express® is complimentary and therefore a good value. There are two principle features – baggage handling from your originating airport to your Resort hotel room and coach transportation to and from the airport.
          We have read mixed reviews of the service. As a complimentary coach service to multiple Disney hotels travel time from the airport to your destination hotel can take 2-3 hours. Recommended departure time for returning to the airport is 3 hours before your flight.    
        • Town Car and Taxi Transportation
          Mears Transportation offers reliable and convenient airport service.  You can schedule transportation in advance or simply take a taxi from the airport.
  • Are there babysitting and children’s services available?

  • Disney provides in-room nanny services. Available for children ages six weeks to 12 years. Professional care-givers provide one-to-one childcare in the comfort of your hotel or guest room. Whether you're off to a meeting, dinner, golf or a massage, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your child is in the care of Kid's Nite Out Staff.
  • How do I take advantage of the “Extend Your Stay” feature and other discounts?

  • The “Extend Your Stay” Option is part of the Disney Resort “Guest Discount Package”.  Simply ask for it when registering through our Conference Registrar.
  • What are the Theme Park ticket rates and how do I purchase them?

  • There are numerous Theme Park ticket options available. Ask your chamber representative for details.
